Like with our venue, our food combines traditional and rustic with imagination and flair for a truly unique experience. Each wedding breakfast is different and tailored to your tastes. Our dedicated chef and service coordinator work closely with each couple to deliver their dreams on their plates. We can provide the ultimate in luxury cuisine to stripped down simplicity, allowing the quality flavours of our local Gower produce to speak for themselves.

• Gower salt marsh lamb with white wine and mint jus.
Non-traditional
• Beef massaman with sticky coconut jasmine rice

Deserts
Our deserts, like with the rest of our food offering is completely your choice. We offer everything from a decadent desert table allowing your guests a full choice of delectable temptation, to fruit scones with whipped cream and fresh berry preserve.
Drinks;
We have a fully stocked bar in our Tipi so that you can enjoy as much of the outside experience as possible on your big day by allowing anyone enjoying their time in the Tipi, not to miss a beat!. You can enjoy a range of welsh tipples, including many of the famous Gower ales. You can also relax in McCarthys bar in the rustic warms of the house, with views out on to the lawns and Tipi's. We provide an extensive range of drinks in both bars, leaving you and your guests never too far from a bar and never thirsty. We work closely with local suppliers to provide the highest quality Welsh produce. But we also stock all of the usual tipples that you have come to expect.
We can provide you with your choice of drinks and service at your drinks reception, along with your toasts and your table offerings. This again is all bespoke to each couple, and our bar and drinks coordinator will be available for any advice and any recommendations that you may want or need for your big day.
